How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship our orders by either UPS or if the option is available, through the US Postal system. Refer to the map below to determine how long it will take for your package to arrive from our warehouse in Chicago, IL to your location using UPS. Please bear in mind that in-stock orders will ship in 1-3 business days after being processed. Please allow up to 10 business days to ship for personalized or custom imprinted orders. Do not include weekends when figuring out your transit time. As there is no tracking of orders shipped through the US Postal system, we are unable to approximate delivery time.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order when you make your purchase on the web. You can shop as often as you like – purchase only what you need and be assured that you are still receiving the same level of attention that all of our customers receive.

How will you ship my order and what are the shipping charges?

We ship our orders by either UPS or if the option is available, through the US Postal system. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, the location we are shipping to and the level of service that you have requested and come directly from the UPS. You will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number once the order has shipped. Orders weighing under 1 pound will have the option of shipping through the US Postal system. Please note that there is no tracking of orders shipped through the US Postal system and we are unable to approximate delivery time.

How do you handle returns?

While we hope you will find a suitable item to exchange, in cases where that is not possible, we are happy to refund the purchase price of the product on authorized returns made within 15 days of the shipping date.

Is your site secure to process my order?

Yes. You can be confident that all the information you send over the web, especially your credit card information will be sent using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Further, your credit card number will not be retained by OnTheBallPromotions.com. Each time you return to make additional purchases, you will be asked to resubmit payment information.

Which products can be imprinted?

Almost everything we carry can be personalized with your name, logo or picture, including our pocket folders, photo frames and folders, business greeting cards and promotional calendars. The only products not available for personalization are the golf greeting cards. Many products can be ordered blank. Just look for the Customize & Buy button on our product detail pages.

Can I place an imprint order online?

Yes you can! If your item is imprintable, a "Personalize” button will appear on the product price bar. By clicking on the button a pop-up window will appear which will prompt you to fill out your imprinting information. Imprinting information can be reviewed and updated at any time prior to checking out, by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of each page. From there you will see a "Review Imprint" button next to your item. You can click this button and change your imprinting information on an item. We do not currently offer online proofing.

Copyrighted Images

OnTheBallPromotions.com respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers, artists & other image authors and owners. It is unlawful for us to print images that are copyrighted without the express written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted image, please contact the photographer and request a signed copyright release. This signed copyright release must be mailed to us (emails not accepted), and we will keep it on file.

How long will my imprint order take?

Custom imprinting production time is approximately 10-14 business days. When requesting a proof, production does not begin until the proof is approved.

Our web site has been designed to link the different product families together and to offer you suggestions of coordinated items. You’ll find that our site gives you real time product availability. As the manufacturer of our products, inventory levels are continuously changing. Please contact us if some of the products you want appear to be out of stock. Chances are if it appears on our website, we are in the process of restocking it.
